Pricing, Fees & Deposits

Water, Sewer, Gas, and Valet trash are all billed directly to your resident portal through GRU and a 3rd party company. Electric is set up directly through GRU. Residents are responsible for setting up utilities with these companies prior to move-in.

The following cable/internet providers are available at our community: All of our apartments have COX Quick Connect Modems in the apartments for residents to set up discounted plans with COX. For more information, please contact the leasing office.

The parking options at our community include we do offer garage spaces throughout the community for an additional, month, which will give you additional parking spaces in front of your garage spaces.
